Standard Tour
Our Standard Tour is a completely private, two-hour adventure designed for you and your group to experience Xtreme Exotics Wildlife Foundation like never before. Priced at $310 for up to four people (with the option to add additional guests for $75 per person), this guided walkthrough takes you across our beautifully landscaped sanctuary as you learn the stories, behaviors, and conservation needs of our animal residents. Along the way, you’ll enjoy hands-on interactions with a variety of species—including reptiles, birds, deer, armadillos, horses, and more—making this an unforgettable and educational wildlife experience tailored just for you

Platinum Tour
Our Platinum Tour is our most immersive and unforgettable experience, lasting 3½–4 hours and priced at $565 per person. This premium private tour includes everything offered in our Standard Tour—plus so much more. Guests enjoy exclusive, up-close interactions with some of our most captivating residents, including our bobcat, serval, caracal, kangaroos, and anteater. You’ll get the rare chance to tong-feed our lynx and feed our otters through the safety barrier, before stepping inside to hand-feed our sloths—a guest favorite moment. Designed to be fully hands-on and deeply educational, this tour offers an all-access experience into the lives of our exotic animals. Please note: this tour is restricted to guests 10 years and older to ensure safety for both visitors and animals.

1) I only see a tour option for up to 4 people. Do you have an option for only 2 people?
Absolutely! Our Standard Tour is one flat price for up to 4 guests. Whether your group has 1, 2, 3, or 4 people, the price remains the same.
Because we are a small, privately operated wildlife facility, every standard tour is completely private. You'll enjoy:
- A dedicated personal tour guide
- Exclusive access with only your group
- Approximately 2 hours of one-on-one experiences
Our pricing reflects the cost of providing this personalized experience rather than charging per person.
If you'd like to make the most of the value, we recommend inviting friends or family to fill all four spots. With a group of four, the cost averages to about $75 per person.
2) I only see an option for 4 people. What if my party has more than 4?
No problem! When booking online, you'll first reserve your tour time for up to four guests. During the booking process, you'll have the option to add additional guests for $75 per person.
If you have a particularly large group or have any questions before booking, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help.
3) I'm trying to book more than 2 months in advance, but it says there isn't any availability.
Our booking calendar is opened 2 months at a time.
Because we work with live animals, our experiences can change throughout the year based on breeding seasons, animal development, health, training, and welfare. Limiting bookings to two months allows us to ensure we're offering the best possible experiences while keeping our schedule accurate.
If your preferred date is farther out, simply check back as your desired month gets closer, new dates are released on a rolling basis.
4) Why are your tours private instead of mixed with other groups?
We specialize in private, personalized wildlife experiences. Rather than combining multiple families into one tour, every standard tour is reserved exclusively for you and your guests. This allows for a more relaxed, educational, and interactive experience while helping us prioritize the comfort and welfare of our animals.
We believe this creates a much more memorable visit for both our guests and our animals.!
5) Can I walk in and request a tour?
No. We are by reservation only, and all tours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows us to ensure we have adequate staffing, prepare the animals for your visit, and provide the highest quality private experience possible. Because we are a small facility, we are unable to accommodate walk-in guests.
6) Why aren't your specialized encounters always available?
Our specialty encounters , such as our Otter & Kangaroo Encounter and Encounter Extravaganza
are only offered a few times each month and are released in limited blocks of dates.
At Xtreme Exotics Wildlife Foundation, our animals' welfare always comes first. We never force an animal to participate if they aren't interested, and we carefully limit the number of interactions they have with guests. This helps keep the experiences enjoyable, enriching, and low-stress for both the animals and our visitors.
Rather than offering these encounters every day, we intentionally schedule them in moderation so our animals remain happy, engaged, and eager to participate. We believe this approach creates a better experience for everyone involved while maintaining the highest standards of animal care and welfare.
7) Can I reschedule or cancel my tour for a refund?
Yes. If you need to cancel your tour, cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations, late arrivals ( 10 minute grace period ) , and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Tours begin promptly at their scheduled time, so we encourage all guests to arrive a few minutes early to ensure you don't miss any part of your experience.
By booking a tour with Xtreme Exotics Wildlife Foundation, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy. If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you within the terms of our policy.
